I think with this piece i overworked it a bit too much, the addition of the ominous glow at the bottom of the painting really stole away from the overall feel i had before i introduced it. It also seemed a bit too similar to one of my previous pieces. What did begin to develop was a rather demonic face within the centre. It was completely accidental so i didn't want to detract from that by working into it, making it too prominent.
